For a reader, who loves to read poems, it is really easy to be distracted by books while learning about planets. So, for those readers out there, what can be better other than reading
a poem of planets? So here's a couple of poems I wrote about planets and the solar system. The first poem is an acrostic poem about Venus. Acrostic poems are poems that spell a word or phrase from a specific letter in the lines. My second one is a Haiku poem, which is a Japanese poem that has 3 lines in a stanza and goes by the syllable pattern 5-7-5.
Scientists are considering to use geo-engineering to help reverse climate change. But the question is; Is it truly going to help us or will it simply make things worse? Geo-engineering is when we use science and technology to help reduce heat and control weather system on Earth. But from previous experiences, controlling Mother Nature never ended well. Also, geo-engineering is a really experimental thing and hasn't been tried all around the globe. It might be argued that some forms of geo-engineering have been tested in certain places or in laboratories, but if geo-engineering is taking place somewhere else where factors may change, the method of geo-engineering might give a different result, possibly a bad one. To make matters worse, geo-engineering is costly. Some can cost millions of dollars!
